DeelRadar guides

Seller guides

A practical walkthrough of the Seller workspace, from Offers and buyer demand through Claims, inventory, campaigns, bundles and company settings.

1

Overview

Seller Overview is the operational snapshot of your current DeelRadar activity and access.

  • Current access shows the package or entitlement currently applied to the Seller workspace.
  • Headline metrics include Offer credits, Active Offers, Pending Offers, Open Claims, Inventory items and Scheduled Offers.
  • Claimed value and Closed value summarise the value represented by your Claim history.
  • Recent Offers, Recent Claims, Inventory attention and Upcoming campaigns surface work that may need your attention.
  • The sales-value report can be filtered by date range to review claimed value, closed value, open claimed value, created Claims, closed deals and average Claim value.
  • Refresh reloads the current workspace figures and activity.
2

Offers

Offers is where you create Seller Offers and manage their full lifecycle.

  • Create an Offer by selecting its category, title, location and whether it is also available online.
  • Pricing fields include Retail price and Offer price, together with the workspace VAT treatment and optional financing availability.
  • Redemption can use a redeem code, an Offer link, Seller instructions or the applicable combination supported by the form.
  • Set Valid until plus the Stock mode: In stock with a quantity, or On order with an availability delay.
  • Launch controls let you publish when approved or schedule a future launch where your access allows scheduling.
  • You can optionally add a newly created Offer to Warehouse when the related capability is available.
  • Offer management supports search and filters for status and Offer type, with Live, Pending, Rejected, Scheduled and other relevant states shown in context.
  • Depending on the Offer state and buyer history, actions can include Edit, Unpublish, Close offer, Delete, Open link, Manage in Warehouse or Manage bundle.
Good to know: Submitting a Seller Offer uses an Offer credit unless DeelRadar clearly states otherwise for the applicable feature or promotion.
3

Campaign Creator

Campaign Creator is the workspace for Offers that are scheduled to launch in the future.

  • Summary figures show Scheduled, Approved, Pending and Bundle counts.
  • Search and filters help narrow scheduled Offers by status or Offer type.
  • Each scheduled entry shows the Offer, status, launch time, expiry and available actions.
  • Edit launch lets you change the scheduled launch date and time.
  • Cancel campaign cancels the scheduled Offer after confirmation.
  • Scheduled bundle Offers appear alongside standard scheduled Offers where applicable.
Good to know: Campaign Creator is capability-gated. If your current package, add-on or entitlement does not include scheduling, the section is not available for active use.
4

Claims

Seller Claims shows the buyer activity created when people take your Offers.

  • Top metrics include Total Claims, Open Claims, Closed deals and Visible claim value.
  • Search and month grouping help you work through larger Claim histories.
  • Claims are shown in the context of the Offer that generated them.
  • Expanded Claim details can include buyer type, claim date, quantity, value, budget match, timing match and status.
  • Redemption information and the Claim reference remain available where they are part of the underlying Offer.
  • Claimed and Closed states help distinguish active buyer follow-through from deals already marked complete.
  • Remove from history is available for cleaning up the workspace's visible Claim history after confirmation.
5

Buyer demand

Buyer demand turns active Wants into aggregated signals Sellers can use before deciding what to Offer.

  • The top of the page summarises Active demand, Urgent demand, ASAP Wants and the number of demand categories.
  • Search by category, county or product example, then filter by category, county and urgency.
  • Sorting options include Best opportunity, Most urgent, Highest demand, Highest budget and Newest demand.
  • Top categories and Top locations provide a quick view of where demand is concentrated.
  • The main table shows category, location, demand volume, urgency, budget, latest activity and an expandable detail view.
  • Expanded demand can include Want count, urgent count, average and maximum budget, timing profile, budget distribution, buyer examples and an opportunity note.
Good to know: Demand insights are designed to show useful buying signals, not to expose a Buyer's private account identity.
6

Warehouse

Warehouse is the Seller inventory workspace for reusable product records, stock and publishing Offers from inventory.

  • Summary metrics include Inventory items, Needs attention, Live or pending and Units reserved.
  • Search and filters can narrow inventory by status and origin, including Manual, CSV upload and Bundle Creator records.
  • Inventory rows show Product, Category, Pricing, Stock, Status and available actions.
  • Add product creates an inventory record with product title, optional Seller SKU, category, pricing, financing, stock mode, location, validity, redemption information, product URL and description.
  • Adjust stock updates the physical stock while preserving any quantity already reserved for bundles.
  • Publish creates an Offer from the inventory product, including location, validity, redemption and launch timing.
  • Upload products supports CSV/XLSX import where bulk upload is included in your access.
  • Category mappings let repeated Seller category names map to exact DeelRadar categories or an approved category scope.
  • Bundle stock reservations distinguish total stock, stock reserved for bundles and stock still available individually.
Good to know: Warehouse and bulk-upload functions are capability-gated. Your workspace may show read-only or unavailable states when the required access is not active.
7

Bundle Creator

Bundle Creator combines multiple inventory products into a single Offer while keeping component stock accounted for.

  • Bundle inventory shows products available for use in bundles, including total, available and reserved stock.
  • Create a bundle by giving it a title and selecting the main matching category.
  • Add the component products and set how many units of each product are required per bundle.
  • Bundle stock is constrained by the available component inventory and shows the maximum stock the selected components can support.
  • Set the Retail value, Bundle price, VAT treatment and optional financing availability.
  • Choose the location, Online availability, launch timing, Valid until, redemption information and description.
  • Current bundle Offers show remaining bundle stock, component count, launch state and approval status.
  • Close bundle ends an active bundle Offer after confirmation.
Good to know: Bundle Creator is capability-gated and uses reserved inventory so stock committed to bundles is not simultaneously treated as freely available elsewhere.
8

Account

Seller Account combines personal language settings, company identity, commercial access and team administration.

  • Personal account settings include your preferred interface language.
  • Company settings include workspace name, legal business name, public display name, registry number, VAT number, country, county and the workspace VAT settings.
  • The company logo can be uploaded where your workspace role has permission to manage business details.
  • Commercial access shows the current package, Offer credit balance and active Offer usage.
  • Workspace owners can request package changes, additional Offer credits and available capability add-ons.
  • Where multi-user access is enabled, the Team panel is used to invite and manage workspace members and their roles.
  • Company/workspace ownership is separate from an individual employee login, so access can be transferred when company personnel change.
