Who we are

DeelRadar is operated by Demini Volare OÜ, registry code 17338341, registered at Tehnikumi tn 10, Saku vald, Harju maakond, 75501, Estonia.

Demini Volare OÜ is the controller of personal data processed through DeelRadar. For general enquiries, contact info@deelradar.com. For support, privacy questions or requests concerning your personal data, contact support@deelradar.com.

2

What this Privacy Policy covers

This Privacy Policy explains how DeelRadar collects, uses, stores and shares personal data when you visit or use DeelRadar, create an account, create a Want, submit or claim an Offer, manage a seller workspace, make a purchase, receive a requested email digest, contact us, or otherwise use the service.

It applies to private buyers, business buyers, sellers, seller workspace members and other users of DeelRadar.

3

Personal data we process

Depending on how you use DeelRadar, we may process account information such as your name, email address, date of birth, account type, country, county or region, preferred language and account status.

For business and seller accounts, we may additionally process representative information, business name, legal business name, registry number, VAT information where applicable, company logo, seller workspace membership, role and invitation information.

When you use the marketplace, we process information connected with Wants, Offers and Claims. This can include product category, description or product details, budget, quantity, location, urgency or timing, offer price, stock information, redemption information, claim status and related marketplace history.

Where you purchase a DeelRadar package, Offer credits, add-on or other paid service, we process the purchase amount, product or plan information, subscription and payment status, transaction references, invoice and credit-note information, refund or dispute status where applicable, and billing information such as billing name, address and tax or VAT identifiers where collected. Payment-card details are submitted to Stripe; DeelRadar does not store your full payment-card number or card security code.

We also process technical and security information necessary to operate the service, such as authentication and session information, timestamps, service logs, security events and technical request information. DeelRadar records limited first-party marketplace activity events to understand whether core service flows are functioning effectively. We do not use third-party advertising or analytics cookies.

If you contact us, we process the information contained in your communication and any information reasonably necessary to respond to or resolve your request. DeelRadar is not designed for special-category personal data such as health information, biometric data, political opinions, religious beliefs or similar sensitive information. Please do not include such information in marketplace free-text fields.

4

Why we process personal data

We process personal data where it is necessary to provide the service you request, including creating and maintaining accounts, authenticating users, operating Wants, Offers and Claims, matching buyer demand with seller offers, maintaining seller workspaces and permissions, processing purchases, delivering requested email digests and providing customer support.

We also process data where necessary for our legitimate interests in maintaining the security and integrity of DeelRadar, preventing abuse and fraud, moderating marketplace activity, resolving disputes, improving core service flows and protecting DeelRadar and its users.

Where processing is required by law, including accounting, tax or legally relevant business records, we process the information necessary to comply with those obligations. Where we rely on consent for a specific optional activity, you may withdraw that consent at any time without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

5

Matching and automated processing

DeelRadar uses automated matching to identify potentially relevant Offers for buyer Wants and to help sellers understand relevant buyer demand. Matching may use information such as product category, location, budget, quantity, availability and timing.

The matching system does not make decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects for you. Buyers remain free to accept, ignore or reject Offers, and sellers remain responsible for the Offers they submit.

6

What other users can see

Seller Offers and associated business information may be displayed publicly or to DeelRadar users as part of the marketplace. Buyer Wants may be used to generate matching information and demand insights for sellers. Relevant Want information may also be shown to a seller where necessary in connection with a Claim.

DeelRadar does not ordinarily provide a buyer's account email address or full profile identity to a seller merely because an Offer has been claimed. Seller claim history is limited to information required to administer the Claim and understand the relevant Want and matching context.

Users should not place personal contact details or unnecessary personal information in public or marketplace free-text fields.

7

Other recipients

We may disclose personal data to professional advisers, competent authorities, courts, regulators or other recipients where required by law or where reasonably necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, protect DeelRadar or its users, investigate abuse or fraud, or enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal data and do not provide personal data to advertisers for their own advertising purposes.

8

Processors, locations and international transfers

DeelRadar uses carefully selected service providers to operate the platform. Where these providers process personal data on our behalf, they act as processors or subprocessors under applicable data-protection arrangements. Their own privacy notices explain how they process information in their separate controller capacity.

DeelRadar's Production Supabase project is hosted in the EU Central region in Frankfurt, Germany. Other providers and their subprocessors may process limited information outside the European Economic Area as part of operating global infrastructure or support services.

Where personal data is transferred outside the EEA and an additional transfer mechanism is required, we use or require an appropriate safeguard under applicable law, such as an adequacy decision, the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, or another legally recognised transfer mechanism.

9

How long we keep personal data

Account and profile information is generally retained while your account remains active.

Marketplace records such as Wants, Offers and Claims are retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the service, maintain marketplace and transaction history, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and protect legal claims.

When an eligible user deletes their DeelRadar account, direct personal identifiers held in the DeelRadar profile are erased or de-identified and access to the account is terminated. Certain minimal technical identifiers and historical marketplace records may remain where necessary to preserve marketplace integrity, establish or defend legal claims, prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations.

Seller workspace owners may need to transfer ownership before their individual account can be erased so that the business workspace and legitimate business records are not destroyed.

Accounting, invoice, payment, refund, dispute and other business records that must legally be retained are kept for the applicable statutory period. Finalized invoice snapshots and related financial audit records are preserved where necessary for accounting integrity and are not erased merely because an individual user leaves or deletes an ordinary account. Under Estonian accounting law, relevant accounting source documents and records are generally retained for seven years.

Technical and security logs are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for security, troubleshooting, abuse prevention and infrastructure operation, subject also to the retention practices of our service providers.

10

Account deletion

Eligible users can request deletion directly through DeelRadar's account settings. For security, account deletion requires authentication and fresh confirmation of the account credentials. Active seller workspace owners must first transfer ownership, and administrative accounts cannot use the ordinary self-service deletion process.

Deletion removes or de-identifies personal profile information, removes user-specific preferences and workspace access, terminates authentication access, and preserves only information that must reasonably remain for legitimate historical, legal, security or business purposes.

You may also contact support@deelradar.com if you need assistance with deletion or another privacy request.

11

Cookies and browser storage

DeelRadar uses cookies and similar browser storage that are necessary or closely related to functionality requested by the user. These may include authentication or session information, security or access information where applicable, language preferences and the record that you have dismissed the informational cookie notice.

We do not use advertising cookies, cross-site behavioural tracking cookies or third-party analytics cookies.

12

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards intended to protect personal data against unauthorised access, loss, alteration or disclosure. These measures include authentication controls, role- and permission-based access, database access policies, server-side privileged operations for sensitive actions, encrypted network connections and security controls provided by our infrastructure providers.

No online system can guarantee absolute security.

13

Your rights

Under applicable data-protection law, you may have the right to request access to your personal data, correction of inaccurate data, deletion, restriction of processing, objection to processing based on legitimate interests, and portability of data where the legal conditions for those rights are met. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw that consent.

To exercise your rights, contact support@deelradar.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request. We will respond without undue delay and normally within one month, as required by applicable data-protection law.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) if you believe your personal data has been processed unlawfully.

14

Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy when DeelRadar's services, processing activities, service providers or legal obligations change. If a change materially affects how we process personal data, we will make the updated information available through DeelRadar and, where appropriate, provide additional notice.

The date at the top of this Privacy Policy shows when it was last updated.
