About these Terms
These Terms of Use govern access to and use of DeelRadar and any paid DeelRadar services. DeelRadar is operated by Demini Volare OÜ, registry code 17338341, registered at Tehnikumi tn 10, Saku vald, Harju maakond, 75501, Estonia.
By creating an account or using DeelRadar, you agree to these Terms. If you use DeelRadar on behalf of a company or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to act for it and to bind it where applicable.
These Terms work together with our Privacy Policy and any specific terms or information shown when you order a paid service. Mandatory rights granted by applicable law are not excluded or restricted by these Terms.
Accounts and eligibility
You must provide accurate information when creating or maintaining an account and keep your login credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless the activity results from a security failure for which DeelRadar is responsible.
You must have the legal capacity required to use the service and enter into any contracts you make through it. Where applicable law requires the involvement or permission of a parent, guardian or other representative, you must obtain that permission.
DeelRadar may require email confirmation, identity or business verification, additional information, or other reasonable checks where necessary for security, legal compliance, fraud prevention or access to particular features.
What DeelRadar does
DeelRadar is a marketplace and matching service. Buyers can create Wants describing what they are looking for, sellers can submit Offers, and DeelRadar can match relevant Offers to buyer demand. Buyers may also browse available Offers directly.
DeelRadar provides the platform, matching, marketplace, Claim and related seller tools. Unless DeelRadar is expressly identified as the seller of a separate DeelRadar service, DeelRadar is not the seller, manufacturer, distributor or supplier of goods or services offered by marketplace sellers.
Matching, rankings, demand insights and similar platform outputs are informational tools. They do not guarantee that a suitable Offer will appear, that an Offer will be claimed, or that a transaction between a buyer and seller will be completed.
Buyer Wants and marketplace use
Buyers are responsible for ensuring that the information entered in a Want is accurate enough for meaningful matching. A Want is an expression of buyer demand and does not itself require a buyer to purchase any Offer.
A buyer may review, ignore or take an Offer at their discretion. Buyers must use marketplace information lawfully and must not misuse seller information, redemption details, codes, links or other access provided through a Claim.
Buyers should review the seller's Offer, price, availability, redemption instructions, delivery or collection terms and any seller-specific conditions before completing a purchase with the seller.
Seller Offers and seller responsibilities
Sellers are responsible for every Offer they submit and for the goods or services represented by it. Offer information must be accurate, current, lawful and not misleading, including product or service details, prices, taxes, stock or availability, validity periods, redemption methods, delivery or collection information and material restrictions.
A seller must have the legal right and any permits, licences, authorisations or intellectual-property rights required to offer and fulfil the relevant goods or services. Sellers may not offer unlawful, stolen, counterfeit or fraudulently described goods or services, or goods or services for which legally required permissions are missing.
Products offered through DeelRadar must be brand new, unused and unopened, and must be supplied with the applicable manufacturer or seller warranty required by law or expressly represented in the Offer. Sellers are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with this requirement and for resolving any complaint, remedy, warranty, refund, replacement or other issue arising from non-compliance. DeelRadar may immediately remove a non-compliant Offer and suspend the Seller or Seller workspace while the matter is reviewed. A serious violation, deliberate misrepresentation, or repeated breach of this product-condition requirement may result in permanent exclusion of the Seller account and associated company from DeelRadar.
Sellers must ensure that every price, discount, saving, recommended retail price, reference price and other price comparison used in an Offer is truthful, verifiable and compliant with applicable consumer-protection and advertising law. Sellers must not artificially inflate a reference price, use a fictitious or misleading regular or retail price, manufacture a false discount, or otherwise present an ordinary, uncompetitive or above-market price as a special saving or exceptional deal in a manner that creates a false impression of price advantage. Where applicable law requires a prior price or other specific reference price to be used for a price reduction, the Seller is responsible for using the legally required reference price. DeelRadar treats confirmed deliberate price manipulation or fabricated savings as a serious breach of these Terms. The affected Offer may be removed immediately, and deliberate or repeated deceptive pricing may result in permanent exclusion of the Seller account and associated company from DeelRadar.
Offers presented through DeelRadar as deals are expected to represent a genuine commercial advantage to the buyer compared with the Seller's normal lawful selling price or another clearly identified and verifiable reference price. DeelRadar is not the seller of marketplace goods and does not assume the Seller's product, warranty, statutory, delivery, refund or other obligations arising from the underlying transaction.
Where a seller contracts with a consumer, the seller remains responsible for all consumer-law obligations connected with the underlying sale, including legally required pre-contract information, final pricing, conformity, complaints, statutory remedies, withdrawal or return rights where applicable, warranties and refunds.
DeelRadar may review, approve, reject, restrict or remove Offers in accordance with these Terms, platform rules, safety considerations or applicable law. Approval or publication by DeelRadar is not an endorsement or guarantee of an Offer.
Claims and the buyer–seller transaction
A Claim records a buyer's selection of an Offer and makes the relevant redemption information available according to the seller's chosen redemption method. DeelRadar may retain a snapshot of key Offer and Want information so that both sides have a reliable history of what was claimed.
A Claim is not a payment to DeelRadar for the seller's goods or services. Unless the seller's applicable terms clearly provide otherwise, creating a Claim does not by itself complete payment, delivery or transfer of the underlying goods or services. The buyer completes the underlying transaction directly with the seller using the applicable code, link, seller instructions or other redemption flow.
The seller is the buyer's contractual counterparty for the underlying marketplace purchase. Questions about fulfilment, delivery, product quality, statutory guarantees, returns, refunds or other performance of that purchase should therefore be addressed to the seller, without affecting any rights a user may have against DeelRadar for DeelRadar's own services.
Seller workspaces and team access
Seller activity may be organised through a company workspace. Workspace owners can invite or manage authorised members and assign available roles and permissions. Users with workspace access must use it only within the authority given to them.
The workspace represents the seller business and is not owned by an individual employee simply because that person created or manages the account. Business records, Offers, Claims, commercial settings and other legitimate workspace information may therefore remain with the workspace when team members change.
A workspace owner is responsible for keeping access current, removing users who should no longer have access and transferring ownership when necessary. DeelRadar administrators may assist with workspace access or ownership where reasonably necessary to protect the business, resolve an access problem or comply with law.
Seller packages, add-ons, prices and VAT
DeelRadar offers seller packages, paid add-ons, Offer credits and other paid platform services. The features, limits, included credits, offer-validity periods, support level and other benefits of a package or add-on are those shown in DeelRadar when the service is ordered or renewed.
Seller pricing may be displayed as a net price plus applicable VAT. Checkout and the applicable invoice or receipt show the amount payable and the tax treatment applied to the order based on the billing information available to DeelRadar and the requirements of applicable law. You are responsible for keeping business, billing and VAT information accurate.
Package-specific credit rates, included tools and other commercial benefits depend on the seller's current entitlement when the relevant order or benefit is created. Custom or Founder arrangements may be subject to separately agreed commercial terms, which prevail to the extent they expressly differ from these Terms.
Recurring subscriptions and cancellation
Paid seller packages and paid monthly add-ons renew automatically each month until cancelled. Stripe processes recurring payments on DeelRadar's behalf. DeelRadar may bill the paid base package and independently selected paid add-ons as separate items on one recurring Stripe subscription for the seller workspace.
A paid package upgrade takes effect immediately where supported and Stripe may charge the prorated difference for the remainder of the current billing period. A paid package downgrade takes effect from the next renewal. Cancelling the paid base package moves the workspace to the Credit package at the end of the current paid period. Independently purchased paid add-ons may continue after the base package ends, and each supported add-on can be cancelled separately for the end of its own paid period. If you choose to cancel all recurring billing, the paid base package and remaining paid add-ons end at the applicable paid-period end.
A scheduled cancellation can be resumed before it becomes effective where the seller account offers that control. If a package change makes a separately purchased add-on unnecessary because the same capability is included in the new package, DeelRadar may end or supersede the duplicate add-on so that the same entitlement is not charged twice. Billing changes affect access and entitlements only; they do not delete the seller workspace, Offers, Warehouse items, bundles, campaigns, team records or historical commercial records.
We may change future subscription prices or package contents. Material changes affecting an existing paid subscription will be communicated before they apply to a future renewal, and any mandatory cancellation or consumer rights remain available.
Offer credits and trials
A new eligible Seller workspace receives a 15-day Premium trial with 250 trial Offer credits. Selecting Starter, Growth or Premium during the trial records the package intended to follow the trial; selecting a package does not by itself end the trial or cause an early charge. Billing may be set up during the trial so that the selected paid package can begin when the trial ends.
Submitting a seller Offer uses one Offer credit unless DeelRadar clearly states otherwise for a particular feature or promotion. Available trial credits are used before regular credits where the platform provides a trial balance. Trial credits expire when the trial ends, and unused trial credits do not convert into regular credits.
Regular credits granted through a package, monthly top-up, standalone purchase, refund or other regular credit grant expire 12 months after the individual credit lot is granted. Credits are consumed from the earliest-expiring available lot first. Monthly package credits may therefore roll over, but each credit lot keeps its own 12-month expiry date. Credits are service entitlements used within DeelRadar; they are not currency, stored monetary value or a financial instrument, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred between sellers unless DeelRadar expressly provides a transfer feature.
Where a refund or correction requires credits to be restored, DeelRadar may restore the appropriate number of credits or otherwise correct the seller's credit ledger.
Payments, invoices, refunds and consumer withdrawal rights
Payments for DeelRadar paid services are processed through Stripe. DeelRadar receives payment status, transaction references, invoice information and related billing information but does not store your full payment-card number or card security code. Stripe's own handling of personal data is described in the Stripe Privacy Policy at https://stripe.com/privacy. The Stripe Services Agreement at https://stripe.com/legal/ssa governs DeelRadar's business use of Stripe; it does not by itself make a DeelRadar marketplace user a party to DeelRadar's contract with Stripe.
After a paid order, we provide the applicable confirmation, receipt or invoice electronically. You are responsible for keeping billing and business information accurate. A retryable failed payment does not immediately remove paid access while the payment remains in Stripe's retry or recovery flow. If the subscription ultimately becomes unpaid, expires or is cancelled, the paid base-package entitlement may fall back to the Credit package. Billing failure or cancellation does not delete the seller's underlying workspace content or history.
Refunds are not automatic or self-service. DeelRadar reviews and approves any refund under applicable law, these Terms and the circumstances of the order, and Stripe executes an approved provider-side refund. Stripe refund, dispute and credit-note events are used to reconcile DeelRadar's financial and credit records; they do not independently create a new refund decision. Used Offer credits and fully supplied paid periods are not automatically refundable merely because they were not commercially successful, but this does not limit mandatory legal rights.
If you purchase a DeelRadar paid service as a consumer, statutory distance-contract rights apply where legally applicable. This can include a 14-day withdrawal period for a service contract starting from conclusion of the contract. If you expressly request that a service begin during that withdrawal period and later validly withdraw, you may be required to pay a proportionate amount for service already supplied where the law permits. Any exception or loss of a statutory withdrawal right will apply only where the legal conditions, information and required express consent are satisfied.
Acceptable use and prohibited conduct
You must use DeelRadar lawfully and in good faith. You may not use the service to commit or facilitate fraud, deception, unlawful trade, intellectual-property infringement, harassment, spam, malware distribution, unauthorised access or other illegal activity.
You may not manipulate Claims, Offers, credits, marketplace metrics or account systems; evade package limits or access controls; probe or attack platform security; use another person's account without authority; harvest personal data without a lawful basis; or use automated scraping, bots or similar tools in a way that burdens the service or circumvents ordinary platform access.
You may not submit content that is materially false, defamatory, unlawful, malicious or designed to mislead users. DeelRadar may investigate suspected abuse and take proportionate protective action.
User content and intellectual property
You retain ownership of content and intellectual property that you lawfully provide to DeelRadar, such as company logos, Offer text and product information. You confirm that you have the rights necessary to submit and use that content.
You grant Demini Volare OÜ a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, format, translate where requested, display and otherwise use submitted content only as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve and promote the DeelRadar service and to provide the marketplace functions you request. This licence ends when the content is no longer reasonably required for those purposes, subject to legitimate historical records, backups and legal retention.
The DeelRadar name, software, interface, design, databases, platform logic and other DeelRadar-created materials are owned by or licensed to Demini Volare OÜ and may not be copied, reverse engineered, republished or commercially exploited except as permitted by law or with our permission.
Service availability and platform changes
We aim to keep DeelRadar reliable and available, but no online service can be guaranteed to operate without interruption or error. Maintenance, security work, infrastructure failures, third-party outages or events outside reasonable control may temporarily affect availability.
We may update, replace, add or retire features where reasonably necessary to improve the service, maintain security, comply with law or develop the platform. We will take reasonable steps to avoid materially reducing an already-paid service during its current paid period without an appropriate remedy where one is legally or contractually required.
We do not guarantee a particular volume of buyer demand, seller Offers, matches, Claims, sales, revenue, marketplace visibility or business result.
Suspension, termination and account deletion
DeelRadar may suspend, restrict or terminate access where reasonably necessary because of a serious or repeated breach of these Terms, fraud or abuse, a security threat, non-payment, unlawful activity, a legal or regulatory requirement, or conduct that materially harms DeelRadar or other users. Where appropriate, we may give notice or an opportunity to remedy the issue before termination.
You may stop using DeelRadar at any time. Eligible users can use the self-service account deletion process described in the Privacy Policy. Seller workspace owners may need to transfer ownership first so that legitimate company records and access are not destroyed.
Termination or deletion does not erase rights, obligations, invoices, transaction history or records that must remain for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution or legitimate marketplace-integrity purposes. The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is handled when an account is erased.
Marketplace responsibility and warranties
DeelRadar is responsible for providing its own platform services in accordance with these Terms and applicable law. Sellers remain independently responsible for their Offers and for fulfilling the goods or services they sell.
To the extent permitted by law, DeelRadar does not warrant that seller-provided descriptions, prices, availability, external websites, redemption methods or other seller information will always be accurate or that a seller will perform an underlying marketplace transaction correctly. This does not affect DeelRadar's responsibility for information or conduct attributable to DeelRadar itself.
Nothing in these Terms excludes statutory guarantees, conformity rights or other protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory consumer law.
DeelRadar is not responsible for loss caused by a buyer's or seller's own breach, inaccurate information or misuse of the service, or for the independent acts or omissions of a marketplace seller in supplying the underlying goods or services.
For users acting in the course of business, and to the maximum extent permitted by law, Demini Volare OÜ is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of expected savings or loss of business opportunity arising from use of DeelRadar. Subject to liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited, our aggregate liability to a business user arising from DeelRadar paid services is limited to the amount that business user paid to Demini Volare OÜ for DeelRadar services during the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Complaints, disputes and governing law
If you have a complaint about DeelRadar's own service, please contact support@deelradar.com first so that we can investigate and try to resolve it. Complaints concerning the underlying goods or services bought from a marketplace seller should normally be directed to that seller.
These Terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, this choice does not deprive you of mandatory protections that apply to you under the law of your country of residence.
An eligible consumer may refer an unresolved dispute with Demini Volare OÜ to the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee after first submitting the complaint to us, or use another competent consumer dispute mechanism available under applicable law. Business disputes that cannot be resolved amicably are subject to the competent courts of Estonia, with Harju County Court having jurisdiction where legally permitted.
Changes to these Terms and contact
We may update these Terms when the service, paid products, legal requirements or platform rules change. Material changes will be communicated through DeelRadar or another appropriate channel before they take effect where required. Changes do not remove rights that have already accrued under mandatory law.
For general enquiries, contact info@deelradar.com. For account, billing, service or legal support concerning DeelRadar, contact support@deelradar.com.
The date at the top of these Terms shows when they were last updated.
