Buyer guides

A practical walkthrough of the Buyer workspace, from creating a Want through Matches, Claims, digest preferences and account settings.

1

Overview

Your Buyer home screen gives you the current state of your deal search at a glance.

  • Active Wants and Paused Wants show how many buying requests are currently matching or temporarily stopped.
  • Open Claims and Closed Claims summarise the offers you have taken and whether you have marked the deal as completed.
  • Recent Wants, Recent Matches and Recent Claims bring your latest activity into one place.
  • Quick actions take you directly to creating a Want, reviewing Matches or opening your Claim history.
  • The matching explainer shows the basic flow: create a Want, get matched with relevant live seller Offers, then review and claim the Offer that works for you.
  • Use Refresh when you want to reload the current workspace figures and recent activity.
2

Create a want

A Want tells DeelRadar what you are actually looking for so matching can work from buyer intent instead of generic advertising.

  • Category: choose the most relevant product category for what you need.
  • County / Online: choose the location where you need the product, or Online where applicable.
  • Max budget per unit and Maximum total budget: define the price ceiling that should guide matching.
  • Amount: tell sellers how many units you need.
  • Timing: choose how quickly you need the item, from ASAP through longer time frames.
  • Brand / model or details: add useful specifics that can help distinguish a genuinely relevant Offer from a loose category match.
  • Select Create want to save the request and begin matching it against relevant live Offers.
Good to know: A Want expresses demand; it does not force you to purchase an Offer. You stay free to ignore Matches that do not suit you.
3

Wants

The Wants section is where you manage the buying requests DeelRadar is matching for you.

  • Active Wants continue participating in matching.
  • Paused Wants stay in your history but are not treated as active buying demand until you reactivate them.
  • Each row shows the Want, location, budget, amount, timing and current Match count.
  • Expand a Want to review its additional details and creation information.
  • Open matches for this Want takes you directly to the relevant Matches.
  • Pause temporarily stops an active Want. Reactivate starts it again.
  • Delete removes a Want after confirmation when you no longer want to keep it.
4

Matches

Matches are live Seller Offers that DeelRadar has connected to your active Wants.

  • Matches are grouped around the Want they relate to, so you can compare Offers in the context of the request you actually made.
  • Offer rows can show the Seller, Offer name or contents, price, availability and the action available to you.
  • Pricing context can include the retail price, stated discount, pre-VAT pricing and financing availability where the Seller supplied those details.
  • Matching signals can flag an Offer that is above your stated budget or later than your requested timing.
  • Availability can show in-stock quantities, on-order availability or an out-of-stock state.
  • Use Take this offer when you decide an Offer is the one you want to pursue.
  • Redemption information such as a code, Offer link or Seller instructions is revealed according to the Seller's chosen redemption method after the Offer is claimed.
5

Claims

Claims is your history of Offers you have taken, including the information needed to follow through with the Seller.

  • The summary shows total Claims and the split between Claimed and Closed.
  • Search lets you find a Claim by the information visible in your history, while month grouping keeps older activity easier to scan.
  • The table shows Seller, Offer, price, location, claim date and status.
  • Expand a Claim to review details such as category, amount, validity, the originating Want and available redemption information.
  • Depending on the Seller's setup, redemption can include a redeem code, Offer link, Seller page, Seller instructions and a DeelRadar claim reference.
  • Deal closed lets you mark a completed deal as closed in your history.
  • Remove is available for cleaning up your visible Claim history after confirmation.
6

Email digest

The Email digest lets you control whether DeelRadar sends you periodic summaries for categories you choose.

  • Turn Digest delivery on or off at any time.
  • Choose Weekly, Twice a month or Monthly delivery frequency.
  • Select the categories you want included in the digest.
  • Add or remove categories as your interests change.
  • Save preferences to apply the current delivery and category choices.
  • The page tells you when changes are still unsaved and confirms when everything has been saved.
Good to know: The digest is a convenience layer for requested updates. Your live Wants, Matches and Claims remain available directly in the workspace.
7
